"Coach Cam" Stephens is entering his 20th year as MJC Men's and Women's Assistant Coach/Jumps. Cameron has had numerous successes over years as local prep and collegian at Downey High School and CSU Stanislaus. He holds Stan State's All-Time Indoor Long Jump Record and is on the Indoor and Outdoor All-Time Lists in the Long Jump and Triple Jump. He is also a former USATF Masters National Champion in both the Long Jump and Triple Jump. Coach Cam has a B.A. in Criminal Justice, Master's Degree in Education, currently teaches elementary in Modesto, and is USATF Level 1 Certified. He continues to develop many of the area's top jumpers from youth level to NCAA Division I. Over the years Coach Cam has produced numerous Men's and Women's conference and regional champions on their way to state and national championships.
