MJC Women Take first place in Conference Opener

Elkhorn Golf Course Big 8 #1

September 9, 2021  -  On a warm, sunny but very comfortable afternoon in Stockton, the Pirates came out and played a tough round of team golf at Elkhorn Country Club for Big 8 Tournament #1, Modesto posted a team score of 340, finishing in 1st place at the tournament. Leading the way was Madison Blanc who shot a top medalist round of 77. Makena Ebster posted a fine round of 85. Shealyn Hanrahan was the next counting score for the Pirates, as she shot an 86.  Janea Caparros rounded out the scoring with a 92 for the Pirates.
