Motroni begins her 11^th year as Women’s head golf coach.  In addition to being a full-time professor in the Health and Kinesiology division of the college, Milan Motroni has been coaching golf since 2007, and teaching, playing and competing in golf for over 25 years.  Over the last ten years coaching, the women’s golf team has made it to the Northern California Community College golf championships as a team since 2010.  Her teams have qualified and placed in the State Community College championships from 2010, 2011, 2013,2014,2016 and culminating in 2017 as the First ever Modesto Junior College Women’s State Champions. She prides herself in having success with her student athletes and transferring them to a four year university.  Over the years she has had her athletes transfer with golf scholarship offers at several Universities within California as well as out of state.  She looks forward to coaching future successful seasons for the Modesto Junior College Women’s Golf Team.  Motroni begins her 1^st year as the men’s head coach. Milan also coached women’s tennis from 2004-1018. Twelve out of the Fourteen years the women’s tennis team had qualified at least 2-6 individuals to the State Championships and qualifying for the Northern California Team playoffs.  Modesto won the Big Eight Conference Championships six times including 2015, 2017, 2018 as well as being ranked in the top ten of the state. Culminating with 2015 Northern California Champions and Runner-up in the state tournament. She was also ITA State Coach of the year in 2016.  She prides herself in having success with her student athletes and transferring them to a four year university.  Over the years she has had her athletes transfer with tennis scholarship offers at several Universities within California as well as out of state.  She looks forward to coaching future successful seasons for the Modesto Junior College Women’s Tennis Team.
