Modesto Junior College Women's Volleyball release the 2023 fall match schedule. 

The Pirates look to continue gaining strength under the leadership of head coach Brenda Moser.

Moser enters her 7th season at the helm of the ship for the Pirates and looks forward to what this season will bring. "This year's team will be entirely different from the past." says Moser.

The 2023 squad has the exact opposite make up from one year ago. The Pirates will feature two sophomores and 12 incoming freshman. 

The lone returner is sophomore defensive specialist Isabel Nunez (Gregori HS). Nunez lead the 2022 squad in service aces (55) and sa/set (.50). The only other sophomore is transfer Tori Galloway (Modesto HS). Galloway returns to Modesto after a season at Cal State LA in 2019. "Isabel and Tori will bring leadership and experience that our young squad will need." says Moser.

Pirates start the 2023 campaign with their Annual Royal & White Scrimmage, August 18th, 6:00pm in the MJC Gym.
