MJC Tennis Coach Shawn Black Awarded the Wilson ITA Women's Regional Coach of the Year

Every year the ITA recognizes coaches and players for their excellence on the court and in their communities throughout the season. This year Shawn Black was named the Wilson ITA Women's Regional Coach of the Year for his hard work and dedication on and off the tennis court. Shawn is both, the Men's and Women's tennis coach at Modesto Junior College. Coach Black's teams have won numerous conference titles which have lead to 2 previous Coach of the Year awards. MJC Athletics would like to recognize Shawn Black for all that he does and congratulate him on his 3rd Coach of the Year Award.
