Orville Young (1946-48)
A pitcher-outfielder, end in football and basketball guard for Pirates… No relation to Cy… Baseball was best sport, played for San Jose State in ’49. A long-time prep coach at Livingston, Hilmar and LeGrand, coached in 1961 Elks all-Star football game… Long record of service as teachers’ association official.
