Another MJC tennis star of early ‘50s… Spent one year at USC, but won NCAA singles title for San Jose State in ’59… Ranked No. 1 in U.S. in ’61, a Davis Cup participant... Later, a Grand Master who played doubles with Pancho Gonzalez.
