3C2A Softball Pitcher of the Week Brooklyn Heffernan

Modesto Junior College's Brooklyn Heffernan earned 3C2A Softball Pitcher of the Week honors after an outstanding performance in three consecutive shutout victories. She led her team to a 3-0 win over No.8 Sacramento City College, allowing just four hits, two walks, and striking out four. Heffernan followed that with back-to-back 4-0 victories against Folsom Lake College, where she allowed only two hits with no walks and tallied 10 strikeouts in the first game, then gave up five hits with no walks and seven strikeouts in the second. Her dominance on the mound helped secure her recognition as the top pitcher of the week.
